Home for Every Plantation Worker

Through its Home for Every Plantation Worker program, Hayleys is making a significant difference in the lives of over 22,000 workers and 140,000 people living on plantation territories. This unique initiative ensures that every plantation employee and family enjoy decent working and living conditions, including free health care, education, and decent housing conditions.

UN Global Compact

Hayley's Group plantations are signatories of the United Nations initiative UN Global Compact, which recommends that enterprises and other organizations support, adopt, and apply ten fundamental principles in human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and corruption prevention in all activities.

Compliance with these rules leads to positive changes in the operational activities of the institution and supports efforts to achieve sustainable development.

Human rights

Labor standards

Hayleys Lifecode
